Instructions

  1. Soak almonds overnight in pure water with approx ½ tsp sea salt. This step is to break down the phytic acid and enzyme inhibitors naturally found within almonds
  2. Rinse the almonds well then blend add them to the coconut water to blend.
  3. Blend for several minutes until smooth.
  4. Strain mixture into a large bowl through a sieve, cheese cloth or kitchen towel.
  5. Put mixture back into blender with vanilla and chosen sweetner.
  6. Enjoy! Can be refrigerated for up to one week.
