Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped on Saturdays or Sundays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders such as with flash sales or during Christmas, shipments may be delayed by an additional 1-2 days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you by email.
Christmas Delivery
We are not in control of delivery times for Christmas. Delays of up to 3 weeks can be expected when placing orders in December due to Royal Mail backlogs. For an intended December arrival, please place your order in November.
